Creating a Signature for Outgoing Emails

Select “Tools” from the Entourage menu and select “Signatures”.

Select “New” to create a new signature.

Enter a ‘Name’ for your signature’. Click the ‘ab / ab ‘ icon to change the font type and size. Close the window to save your ‘Signature’.

Click ‘Entourage’ from the main menu and select ‘Account Settings’.

Select ‘Your acct name’ and click ‘Edit’. Click the ‘Options tab’ and ‘Default signature’ in the Message Options area. Select the signature that you created and press “OK.

When you compose a new message, notice that you’re signature is already within the body of your message.
