Camp Gray features three bunkhouses with 52 beds. Each bunkhouse has 6 rooms with 8 beds and 2 smaller rooms

with 2 beds each, as well as bathrooms with showers.

LODGING

You can choose a caterer from our recommended list

and we charge $90 a day to use the kitchen. The kitchen

features a refrigerator/freezer, 1-hotbox, 2-ovens, prep

area, 2-grils, and dish room. All catering providers must

provide their own service ware, and clean the kitchen after

use.

If you would like a true camp experience, our very own

camp chefs can delight your guests with their culinary

skills. Please inquire about pricing. Alcohol service is

permitted on the property with a TSL license through the

OLCC and served by a licensed caterer.

PRICING

We o" er day use-only, or day/overnight sleeping

accommodations, with a minimum of 30 people.

Overnight accomodations are subject to a 9.5% lodging

tax, per the City of Newport.

Day Use Only - $1,800 per day – Access to the Meyer

Lodge, classrooms and Tagmyer Landing

1 - Day Use with 1 Overnight Accommodations - $3,300,

for 30 guests, each additional guest is $50 pp

2 - Day Use with 2 Overnight Accommodations - $6,600,

for 30 guests, each additional guest is $50 pp

CONTRACT, DEPOSIT AND INSURANCE

• A 50% non-refunadable deposit of estimated charges

is due along with a signed activity agreemnent. The

remaining balance is due by the event date.

• A headcount guarantee is required 30 days before your

event date.

• A certifi cate of liabililty insurance providing $1,000,000

per occurrrence and naming OMSI as additional insured

is required for all reservations.
