waterStir until soda dissolves.Let it sit for a minute and the water will
become clear again.Add popcorn kernels to the water/soda
mixture. You will need enough to cover the bottom of the container.
SLOWLY add some vinegar to the container. WARNING: Do not add all the vinegar at once.
