•Reviewed by a By-Laws Committee that gave recommendations to the Board•Changes adopted in (newly established) regular electronic Board meeting:
• Board of Director’s are elected to serve one six-year term • New election process that enables larger participation of
membership • Individual Sections may have a maximum 4 representatives on
the Board
NEW ELECTION PROCESSNomination Policy Committee
• Recommended the changes of voting process to the Board, including:
• Electronic voting for registered members, 2 candidates per open position
• Suggested Single Transferrable Vote (STV) voting method
Nomination CommitteeReceived and handled nominations according to new process
Teller Committee• Random Order ballots suggested for electronic ballot

program for young scientists, co-funded for 3 years by CI
• ICISS guidelines available on CI website
