• Communication is the oldest yet the most effective process of human connection

• It is the most utilized process of expression among humans with regards sharing of information with others in the community.

• It is the vital aspect of improvement within a group that aims to progress as one entity with one aim of succeeding the challenges that they need to face as an organization

In Business matters, communication is the key element that contributes to the oneness of a business entity that aims to face the international trade and the challenges of globalization as a group that stands together

It is the standing reason why organizations stick together in reaching for the same gauge of aspirations for the development of their own business in the industry

It serves as the normalizing factor beyond all the differences that each individual has from the other. Communication serves as the link from one to the other especially in business transactions
