SAVE ON HOME IMPROVEMENT COSTS.

IMPROVE COMFORT LEVELS.

An older conservatory with poor insulation can lead to a number of problems. Not only is your living space uncomfortable because it’s too hot in summer and too cold in winter but the costs associated with poor thermal efficiency can be exorbitant. If you’re spending less time in your conservatory due to temperature fluctuations and want to save on energy costs, you need better internal insulation.

Start saving money every month by improving the energy efficiency of your conservatory.

Your conservatory might not be as modern as most, but this doesn’t mean you need to reconstruct it entirely to conserve energy.

ANSWERS TO COMMONINSULATION-RELATED QUESTIONS: IS THIS INTERNAL INSULATION SUITABLE FOR MY CONSERVATORY?

WHY IS UPVC A BETTER INSULATION OPTION?

WILL THE INSULATION CAUSE ANY CONDENSATION?

WON’T INSULATION MAKE MY CONSERVATORY DARK?

WHAT WILL THIS INSULATION COST?

If your conservatory is in good condition, we can assist you with internal insulation. If your roof requires ongoing maintenance because it’s older than 7 years, you may want to consider replacing your roof panels and improving the structure before investing in insulation – our CosyPanels product is an ideal solution for you.

UPVC is a plastic that’s made with natural products that stem from salt, natural gas and petroleum. While PVC is softened using plasticiser, the U in UPVC means it’s an unplasticised material. We prefer to use UPVC because it has a better insulation value and is able to reduce energy and heating costs more efficiently.

To prevent condensation, which can lead to long-term damage, we install vapour barriers.

Because our UPVC has a reflective finish, it brings more light into your conservatory, giving you a bright and airy atmosphere.

There are a number of factors that need to be considered in order to determine a final cost. Contact us to schedule an obligation-free quotation where we can assess your specific needs.

IMPROVE ENERGY EFFICIENCY.

WHY INSTALLCOSYPANELS®?

Your conservatory is meant to be enjoyed, but when the space is affected by the weather and extreme temperatures, it becomes less of a pleasant space to spend time in. What’s more, when a conservatory is poorly insulated, it can drive energy costs through the roof.

At All Seasons Roof, we exclusively use CosyPanels® to turn conservatories into comfortable living spaces. This tried and tested conservatory roofing solution is unlike any other available on the market today.

CosyPanels® are engineered in Germany exclusively for All Seasons Roof using high-quality UPVC. Every panel is packed with a thick layer of high-density foam insulation, which stops heat from escaping or entering the conservatory roof.

Each CosyPanel® solution is manufactured off site according to the exact specifications of your conservatory. This means that when we return to give you the conservatory you’ve dreamt of, you can expect a quick and streamlined installation in one day.

Since each CosyPanel roofing solution is bespoke, there’s no need to make any structural alterations to your conservatory and no building warranty or approvals are required.

If your conservatory is always too hot in summer and too cold in winter, CosyPanels can make your room more comfortable.

When heat escapes through the roof of your conservatory, it can drive up energy costs – CosyPanels keep the heat in for efficiency and more money in your pocket!

ANSWERS TO COMMONROOFING-RELATED QUESTIONS

Will I need building control when installing a new conservatory roof?

Will I require planning permission?

Can my conservatory handle the weight of roof tiles?

Is timber a good fit for lightweight Conservatory roofing?

If your conservatory isn’t a standard size or you’ve already expanded the thermal envelope of your home, building control might be required. The cost of building control varies and depends on previous workmanship, as well as the systems that were installed in recent years. Our team will provide you with more information on all aspects associated with building control during our site visit.

In most instances, installing a new roof is a permitted development project. However, we will provide you with a more definitive answer during our visit.

This depends on the conservatory’s design. In many instances, heavier roofing is not a good match, which is why we’ve spent time searching for the best lightweight alternative.

In general, we don’t recommend timber due to its added weight and the fact that it doesn’t mix well with moisture, especially when it’s attached to metal framework which will cause it to bridge and rot over time.

One day installation

Due to a couple of leaks and discolouration of the roof, we were contacted to supply a replacement alternative roof due to the inherent issues Mr and Mrs Mercer faced with polycarbonate. They did not want to continue with the issues they had with noise and temperature control. CosyPanels® provided the solution at a cost comparative to polycarbonate, which made the decision easy. This solution gave a fresh new look to the conservatory.

Mr and Mrs Allan contacted us to discuss roofing options for their out dated polycarbonate roof of about 12 years old. The solution provided was to replace the roof with CosyPanels®. This would not only replace the roof but would also benefit the use of the conservatory as the Allen’s were finding it too hot or too cold making the conservatory at times unusable. The result was a new roof with insulation which solved all the extreme temperatures.

The polycarbonate roof became a harvest for bugs and moisture. Over the years the polycarbonate was effective at keeping the elements out but was a real problem at providing stable climate control space. We were contacted to demonstrate our innovative product which now replaces this out dated technology. We installed this solution in just one day and the results made a huge difference to his lifestyle and living.
