Ingredients:1 cup rolled oats1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips1/2 cup ground flax seed1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter1/3 cup honey1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; form into balls using your hands. Arrange all balls on a baking sheet and freeze until set, about 1 hour.

Ingredients:1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained1 clove garlic1/4 cup olive oil2 tablespoons lemon juice2 tablespoons tahinikosher salt1/4 teaspoon chili powder12 carrot sticks12 celery sticks12 cherry tomatoes4 Mason jars
Puree the first seven ingredients in a food processor then transfer to a mason jar and finish with veggies!

COLLEGE CAVIAR Blueberries Covered in Greek Yogurt
Ingredients:1 oz container of fresh blueberries1 (6oz) container of blueberry Greek yogurt.
Directions: 1. Wash blueberries and line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper
2. Using a toothpick, dip each blueberry into the Greek yogurt and swirl until the blueberry is nicely coated with yogurt. Place on baking sheet. Continue this until all blueberries are coated.
3. Place baking sheet into freezer, and let freeze for at least an hour
4. ENJOY!
