Marina Station—Located two miles north of The Dunes, this320 acre project located within the City of Marina is fully entitled for 1,360 residential units, 650,000 SF of industrial space, 145,000 SF of o�ce space and a 60,000 SF neighborhood retail center. The developer is processing his infrastructure plans with the City of Marina.
East Garrison Village—This 244-acre community is located in unincorporated Monterey County about 4.5 miles east from the Dunes development. The County has approved this development for 1,470 homes. Mass grading is complete and a majority of the backbone infrastructure has been installed. This land was purchased recently by a local Monterey based residential developer.
Cypress Knolls—The City of Marinahas approved this 190-acre develop-ment for 712 residential units and 60 bed assisted living facility. Cypress Knolls is directly adjacent to The Dunes northern border and is owned by the City of Marina who has issued an RFPfor a private entity to develop this entitled property.
The Dunes on Monterey Bay—The residential component of this 400-acre mixed use community will include 1,250 residential units that include apartments, live/work units, townhouses and single family detached homes along with the 700,000 SF of retail and 750,000 SF of o�ce/R&D approved for this development.
Marina Heights—This 248 acre project located one mile fromthe Dunes and is fully entitled for 1,050 single family homes and192 a�ordable units. The backbone infrastructure is installed and the �rst 300 lots are �nished and ready to build on. The developer is waiting for the residential market to improve before vertical construction will start.
Seaside Resort Development—The Developer has completed the $14M
upgrade of the Bayonet and Black Horsegolf courses at this destination resort. The
next phase of development located about two miles south of The Dunes will include a
four-star hotel with approximately 330 rooms, 170 condominiums and 125 custom
residential lots fronting the two golf courses. The �rst 29 residential lots at “The Enclave at
Cypress Grove” are available for sale.
