ome days that are chock full of stuff. Like Sun. December 19. It begins with our regular worship service. After worship, we’ll load the trailer with our gifts for our MissionTrip to Mexico. Then after loading up, we will have our annual Christmas party. If you are a newbie, bring a gag gift, a re-gift, or a nice, small under $5 gift. Awww, who am I kidding? You probably oughtta bring something that didn’t sell at your garage sale! Come bearing holiday cheer by bringing your favorite snack food. We will dive into the snacks and play the “White Elephant Game,” and have some real fun together. It is always hilarious and you might even end up with something you like (doubtful, but hey you can hope!). Then we will take off for Mexico that evening. We hope every member of the EHC family will be a part, and bring a friend!
Ladies Bible
Study Closes
This Sunday,Dec 5 right
after worship services, all the
ladies who have been a part
the weekly Bible Studies on
Daniel will be bringing it all to
a close. Karen, the leader of
the Ladies Bible Study,
always like to close these long
studies with a meeting at her
house where she cooks for all
the ladies. Be part of fun
this Sunday. People will be
carpooling and the food,
teaching & fellowship are
things you don’t want to miss!
Computer Corner
This is a different type of Computer
Corner, but take this simple reminder that EHC has a
YouTube Channel. You can be a
subscriber, & checking in there is a
great way to keep up with the videos from the EHC Family

In December, we have 2 couples who are a part of the EHC Family that are getting
married, and you are invited to share these special days with them both! Megan Galan and Eric Guiteierez are getting married on
Saturday, December 18 at 5:30 PM. Then, on Monday, December 27, Phillip Perkins and Tiffanie Ackerson will be exchanging vows at 5:30 PM as well. These 2 couples would love to have you share in their special days! Speak to them or pass along a RSVP through EHConnect.
GAP Prayer Stories What's Your Story? Here at EHC, we believe that God hears and answers prayers. We want to know how God is answering the prayers in your life right now OR maybe you would like to share how God answered prayers in your past. Send your prayer stories to Linda Bender at [email protected] These can be anonymous or known, but we want to share what God is doing in our church family. Thanks in advance for sharing, and we’re excited to hear how God has answered prayers!

December is here and one of the greatest event in HIS-Story is remembered and celebrated. We will study “The Advent of the
Messiah,” and look at different themes of “The Greatest Story Ever
Told” each week, and how it affected the people who were are a part of

the original Christmas. We’ll examine these principles, what they teach, and show they still hold
meaning in our modern Christmas. The weekly messages topics are: “The Advent of the Messiah”

sign: The virgin will conceive and give
birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel...”

UPCOMING @ EHC
EHC Blood Drive We have pushed back the EHC Blood Drive to January 16, 2011. We need as many as possible to plan to give, but you are only eligible to give every 8 weeks, so if you are eligible now, please
wait for our Sunday morning Blood Drive in January. Even if you are not a person who gives regularly, this is a great opportunity for all of us who give,
but sometimes forget to do so. It is also a way to be a blessing in this world to someone that you may never be able to meet. Can we count on
you to give? CLICK EHConnect to let us know.
For those who have grown up observing the “Advent Season,”
the word “Advent” has become a synonym for the Christmas season. But the word actually
means “arrival or coming.” The word “Messiah” means “Anointed One” and is synonymous with
the Greek word “Christ.” As we celebrate the arrival of the Anointed One - our Savior Jesus Christ this season, let’s make sure that we have made time and room in our lives for Him. His
advent has changed everything in our world. He alone makes possible what was declared about him at the time of His birth: “Peace on earth and goodwill toward all men!”
THE EHC SINGLES get together on DEC 26 after Sunday Worship. We will go out to eat after worship at a local restaurant. After we eat, we will go to one of our homes, have some dessert, and then watch a Christmas movie together. Please RSVP by Dec 19, and we hope every one of you will be a part of the great time together! Click EHConnect to RSVP...
“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given... and He will be calledWonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace...”
