The equipment is intended for the analysis cinetica changes of properties of conglomerates in suspensions and – nano colloidal solutions and can be used in the research purposes at the enterprises developing manufacturing techniques nano a particles, colloidal solutions, an estimation of their quality, in medicine, in the electronic, chemical and food industries, directed by innovative laboratory works in formation. At the heart of a principle of work of a measuring complex modern achievements of a science and the advanced design decisions with wide application of computer technics lie. The equipment isn't subject to certification. Introduction The results obtained show [1-2] that used colloidal solutions under the conditions of measurement, which were found to be unstable in time and change constantly, consistently moving from one state to another within a short period of time - 3 minutes. This is the case, including solutions with predetermined properties. Ability to identify various states of the same colloidal solution, indicates the high sensitivity of the method of analysis, which is confirmed by subsequent experiments for various colloidal systems. This allows the use of such methods in practice for the legibility of colloidal solutions among themselves. It is important that the developed technology allows for quick implementation of the results, for example, projects LASER Drink, LASER Water filter, LASER Wire, LASER Biology, LASER Gasoline.
