'' A very inspiring experience due to the diversity and the quality of the groups, and more importantly the interactive nature of the sessions, allowing for sharing and healthy challenge. A must do for any executive with a hands-on approach.'' Marianne Abib-Pech, CFO, Shell Aviation

"Not only did I have the opportunity to learn from others' experiences but, I also met very interesting and inspiring people" Isaac Sheps CEO, Carlsberg UK

The biennial CorporateLeaders Business Transformation Conference is a cross-functional collaboration event that brings together over 200 heads of business, finance, human resources, procurement and technology to discuss and debate business transformation strategies and approaches. The conference combines the heralded annual HR Transformation Leaders and Finance Transformation Leaders conferences and is the ideal place to develop new relationships, generate leads and get your message across to executives from multiple organisational divisions who are part of the transformation and purchasing decision making process. This two day conference will examine how to free resources, reduce costs through shared services, outsourcing, business intelligence, technology, standardization and simplification, employee development and training, recruitment, performance management, compensation, management information and communication and what services and expertise the business partner needs to provide to sustain business drive. Business Transformation Leaders Awards As part of the conference the CorporateLeaders Business Transformation Awards will take place. The awards give recognition to executives who have done the most to foster Business Transformation. This can be through designing, implementing or managing a shared services or outsourcing program, transforming the way in which the company operates, having a fundamental positive impact on culture, operations, costs, revenue and profitability or improving the people, process and technology aspects of an organisation. Awards Categories include:

• Corporate Leader Award • Business Transformation Leader Award • HR Transformation Leader Award • Finance Transformation Leader Award • Technology Transformation Leader Award • Client Leader Award (Sponsored award by

providers to give to a client) The awards culminate in an exquisite awards banquet at the Business Transformation Leaders Conference.

Business Partnering Times have been tough recently and business leaders have had to carry the demands of the wider organisation to steer them along the path to recovery. Executives need to integrate with their colleagues across the business to help design and execute business strategy. This is where business transformation, value creation and partnering come in to play. To be effective, resources need to be freed up and optimized and employees need new skills and experience to work alongside the business.

“CorporateLeaders events are unique in terms of the successfully facilitated discussions, targeting highly relevant content and providing real value and tangible insights” Tom Bangemann Vice President Business Transformation, The Hackett Group
