TERMS & CONDITIONS It is mutually agreed that the following terms of agreement form an integral part of this contract and that no variation

or modification of this contract shall be effective unless accepted by The Photographers in writing. Deposit A non-returnable deposit is

payable when booking, the remainder of which ever package is chosen to be paid four weeks prior to the wedding ceremony. Photographs

All photograph sizes are nominal. Colour The photographs will provide a pleasing colour balance based on the flesh tones of the subjects but

cannot guarantee exact colour matching. Owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials, especially

man made fibres, it is sometimes impossible to record the exact colour of a garment as seen by the human eye. Preview Your pictures will

be presented in an album with an average of 9 pictures per A4 page and on the “View Your Pictures” section of the Streten web site. Any

unauthorised copies will constitute a breach of contract and will incur compensation equal to the amount signed for on the preview release form.

Re-Orders All re-orders shall be treated as an extension of this contract. No responsibility for error will be accepted unless orders are given

in writing. Copyrights By the signing of this contract The Client assigns to The Photographer the copyright of all photographs specified in the

schedule. The photographer may display samples of this order. License The Photographers shall be granted artistic license in relation to the

poses photographed and the location used. The photographers’ judgement regarding the locations, poses, and number of photographs taken

shall be deemed correct. Prices All services / or goods are supplied at the prices ruling at the time of supply and are exclusive of VAT. All prices

are ex-studio. Sole Rights The Photographers shall be the sole professional photographers at the Venues specified. The Client will assist The

Photographers in ensuring that no photographs are taken of poses arranged by The Photographers and that guest’s photographs are taken at

a specified interval which is convenient to the Photographers. Force Majeure The due performance of this contract is subject to any alteration

or cancellation by The Photographers owing to any cause beyond their control. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation

of this contract by The Photographers liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. The Photographers shall not be liable for

consequential loss however caused. Cancellation The Client may repudiate this contract at any time prior to the wedding ceremony by giving

written notice to The Photographers. Should notice of cancellation be received by The Photographers less than 10 months prior to the wedding

ceremony The Client will liable for half the remaining portion of the package purchased. The said sum shall be as compensation for the loss The

Photographer will suffer. Digital picture files Files are kept for a period of one year for the purpose of customer re-orders, but the copyright

remain the property of David Streten Studios.
