Aquatic Training SystemROWING & STRENGTH TRAINING• Rowing BarsSmooth, low-impact, and non-load bearing, rowing spreads the exercise intensity evenly over the body’s three major muscle groups: the torso, legs, and arms. This even distribution of exercise helps tone all muscles, instead of just one group. • Resistant Cords, Clips, and Handles Resistance cords are used in the TidalFit pool for curls, tricep extensions, chest presses, shoulder pulls, and back pulls. These upper body exercises are specifically designed to build strength.

AQUA TREADMILL• Stationary Resistant Swim TetherThe resistance swimming tether training system adds dimension to the range of the TidalFit exercise options. Walking against the resistance of water increases the rate at which you burn calories and strengthen muscles.

The Perfect SwimTidalFit Exercise Pools are the Ultimate way to swim and work out in the comfort of your own home. We have four unique models with different swim systems providing varying degrees of power to accommodate everyone, no matter what your swim strength.

Built to professional standards, the strongest swimmer will enjoy our EP16, with Hydraulic VFD Propeller Technology, creating a swim current that is perfect for swim training. The new TidalFit Dual Temp range overcomes this by combining a separate 13-foot Exercise Pool with your choice of hydrotherapy spa, seamlessly integrated to create a beautiful 19-foot or 21-foot Dual Temp Swim Spa. Each side offers separate temperature, jet and lighting controls and offers all of the premium quality features found in our other TidalFit and Artesian Hydrotherapy Spas.
