How to Make a Facebook Business Page• Log into your account

• Click Pages found on the left side panel

• Click Create Page on top right

• Select Business or Brand (Showcase your products and services, spotlight your brand and reach more

customers on Facebook)

• Choose a page name

• Choose a business category Shopping & Retail or Hardware Store are your best options

• Add a quality profile picture of your face or a company logo

• Add a high quality cover image (logo, store, team, etc) – can be a single photo, video, or slide show

• Create your username and vanity URL (should be easy to spell and the same or similar across other social

media usernames)

• Input general information (description of your business, link to website, email address, hours of

operation, phone number)

• Create 3 posts so users have something to see when they arrive (include a CTA like ‘tag a friend’ to help

get more eyes on your page)

Pinned Post – To keep a post at the top of your page, just click the post

in the top right and select Pin to Top.

Pin to Shortcuts – This gives you easy access to your page by places it in

the left sidebar of your feed

Like as your page – Like other pages and posts as your business

Invite Friends – invite your current Facebook friends to like your page

Add Reviews – You can allow people to review your page or business

under the Templates and Tabs feature.

Instant Replies – You can send an auto-response to anyone that

messages you by going to Settings > Messaging > Setup Automated
