- Will serve the community for learning and higher learning.
- Maintain high quality that is sustainable into the municipality’s future.
- Has established, qualified and will attain the Silver LEED quality standard and certification.
- Will be able to evolve and adapt to all ecological factors.
- Will provide on an economic, utility, durability, sustainability and comfort level, for the Citizens of Ergo, TX that is progressive.
