In Hacienda de los Morales, in Mexico City, the first Oil and Gas Networking came to pass, with the participation of more than 53 national and foreign companies, in an exclusive and private environment to do business.

OBJECTIVESDevelop the first unique space in Mexico for establishing a business network with the most important players from the companies where petroleum networking and marketing topics are established.

METHODOLOGYThe methodology was developed in several moments. The reading of the objectives of the meeting began by the Engineer Ricardo Ortega López emphasizing the context of importance of developing these types of

events.For his part, Mr. Salvador Quero, North Region Manager of Grupo Diarqco, gave the opening words to start with the work. The speech was given by the federal deputy Ruben Camarillo Ortega, Secretary of the Energy Commission, with the presentation on the topic “On energy reform and its key points”.

After the session, a debate table was made where six representatives of each of the companies asked key questions according to the new norms.

Upon finishing these activities, the networking interaction was finished, where national companies like Shell, Ica Flour, del Pico, Group Diavaz, Tesco Corporation, Petrolink, Gaisa and other exchanged their information for possible connections..

- Review topics of interest and start interaction with the main players at debate tables.

- Generate the Exchange of knowledge and contact information between PR directors, marketing, and new businesses in an exclusive and private environment.

- Gain relevance at being the first and unique group in Mexico that talk about petroleum networking and marketing.

A key list was made so that the participating companies would only attend with an invitation to the event with a previous confirmation of their attendance, so that it would be exclusively 2 people per a company.

Only 10 companies presented their services orally without the need for a presentation to facilitate the connecting process.

The event counted on sufficient space so that the attendees felt comfortable during their time in the networking and as well as for participating in the interactions that were:

An invitation was made to 63 companies in the petroleum sector, of which 53 assisted that participated in the exchange of information and contact, at the end of the event, more than 43 companies received a recognition for their assistance and for their enormous effort in working at the Oil and Gas Networking.

We thank the attendees for their participation and collaboration in helping to achieve that the first Oil and Gas Networking event was an event.

The Speaker is an integral part of our meetings and gives us excellent feedback on the changes within the country’s new oil reforms. That is why we are looking for recognized personalities in the field to explain the changes in our legislation and new innovations that bring connections.

On this occasion, we have the participation of the federal deputy Ruben Camarillo Ortega, who is active as second secretary of the Jurisdictional Commission, member of the Commission of the Regime, Regulations and Parliamentary Practices and Secretary of the Energy Commission.

In his presentation, some topics “On the energy reform and its key points” were explained, where the attendees were able to have more information

regarding the interaction of round 1 and the times designated to achieve objectives. At the end of his presentation, we developed a table of opinion so that the attendees asked 1 question per table to detonate a reciprocal relationship with the speaker and the participants, in order to clarify some personal doubts regarding his current situation with the aim of Improve your company.. The Mexican Congress of Petroleum (CMP), version 2015, will have its headquarters in Guadalajara, Jalisco. We are managing the event to be held one night before starting the congress or on Friday (which is the night off).

The format will be dinner and a welcome cocktail. You will want to integrate an opinion table with one of the following lines:

A) The independent directors of the board of directors of Pemex.

B) The general director of Pemex Exploration and Production, all in order to be presented with 6 topics of direct questions and also integrate the dynamics of open questions.

Finally, only 1 Sponsor per event is sought for every 50 attendees, it should be noted that it will be integrated to the last Sponsor participant of the last event.
