Special Terms and condition of the Contract:

NSIC is desirous of appointing a contrector / consignment agent (hereinafter called the

contractor) for providing storage handling and invoicing servtces and all other tncidental

servrces related thereto (hereinafter called the services) for various products manufactured

/marketed by M/s. Vedanta Limited - Ste;lite Copper (hereinafter called Principal) of Copper

WR coils/ iathodes and other formationg of Copper at Jaipur (Rajasthan) The estimated /

assured quantity per month will be 750 MT only although it is expected to increase up to 1000

MT. Per Month.

i) Infrastructure Requirement for Warehouse:Warehouse should be equiPPed with:

a. All safety features/infrastructure a$ per industry standards and Vedanta Safety

policyb. Warehouse should have inbuilt weighbridge with capacity of 60 Mt. Calibration on

weighbridge on periodical basisc. Warehouse should have 1 weigh scale with capacity of 5 MT.

d. Well-lit warehousing space with cqncrete flooring for handling heavy metals with

adequate office space.Should have ample parking space to park minimum 05 heavy vehiclesShould have ease of approach roAd to the National Highway / State Highway

13. Review:The Principal / NSIC shall be entitled to periodically review thecontrols specified or contemplated in the contract and makemutually agreeable basis.

14. Termination:

16.5 lf any provision of the contract is adjudged by a Court to be void or un-enforcesame shall in no way affect the other provisions of the contract, or the validity and enfof the other terms of the contract.
