By comparison, Starbucks and most of the coffee on grocery store shelves is 6-9 months old. 2. Quality: The owner of the company personally visits the farms to make sure that they are getting the best coffee; it’s then expertly roasted in small batches & shipped directly to the doorstep. 3. Price point: Similar in price to Starbucks by the bag, and the quality is among the finest in the world (no bitter aftertaste like mass-produced coffees!). 4. Sustainability: Utopian Coffee Co. is Fair Trade certified and Organic certified, but goes beyond those certifications. The co-founder of the company, Brendon Maxwell, travels overseas to the source to meet with the farmers and see how they can truly come alongside and partner to make their lives better. Rep: Great, we have this new partnership I’d love to tell you about. **Turn to the Utopian Coffee sales sheet in the prospectus and walk through it, highlighting the 4 things discussed above. If they drink coffee, this is an easy ask/sell.** Rep: Mrs. Jones, if you drink coffee, you’re going to love this! In fact, Utopian believes that you are going to like it so much, they’ve given us the ability to sell you the coffee at their discounted rate, which saves anywhere from $2 per bag. I’d encourage you to try it out and if you like it, you can continue to receive it each month without the hassle of having to re-order each time! Would you like to start with 1 or 2 bags?

Level 1 Training:

The Four Reasons We Believe in Utopian Coffee:

1. Freshness: To their door in 2-4 days of roasting. By comparison, Starbucks and

most of the coffee on grocery store shelves is 6-9 months old. 2. Quality: The owner of the company personally visits the farms to make sure that

they are getting the best coffee; it’s then expertly roasted in small batches & shipped directly to the doorstep.

Script: Rep: Mrs. Jones, do you drink coffee? MJ: Yes, I love coffee!

Handling Questions/Objections: Keurig / K-cups objection Yes, those are handy, Mrs. Jones. Most people don’t realize that K-cups can’t be recycled so they’re pretty bad for the environment and the coffee is quite old. But we can get you a reusable cup that should fit your machine for just $10 that will last for years and allow you to drink really fresh coffee like Utopian. How does that sound? *refer to compatibility list* - VERY IMPORTANT Price Comparison with Mass Produced Coffee (Dunkin’ / Starbucks / etc) Yeah, they do decent coffee, but you’ll notice a huge difference when you try Utopian because of the quality and freshness. I’d encourage you to try one bag to see what you think, and then go with whatever you prefer from there. Do you want to give it a shot? Price – “$17 is too much for me” (Re-explaining the value of Utopian Coffee) I completely understand. If you’ve never really shopped around for coffees, it seems like a lot. But the cool thing is that it’s in the price range of the mid-grade stuff, but it’s the highest quality I’ve ever seen anywhere, and that’s why so many people love it. And you’re helping to make a huge impact throughout the world. Want to try one bag and see what you think? My Husband / My Wife / Not Now Mrs. Jones, I completely understand. The good thing is that Utopian has been around for more than 10 years and it’s because of their quality and service, so you really can’t go wrong. I’d encourage you to at least try one bag. I only like dark/light/medium/decaf roast Great, you can pick whatever you’d like if you already know. Which kind did you want: light, medium, dark, or decaf? Is it a subscription? There is a subscription option with no contract so you cancel anytime; so most people try one or two bags to start. But if you prefer, you can also just purchase a couple of bags right now as a 1-time purchase and if you want to continue getting the coffee every month, you can arrange that with Utopian or me.
