Dr. Patricio StockerDr. Stocker has long been involved in the cannabis business in Colombia and Canada andmost recently in Europe, as Chairman of Alphagreen Group. Previously, Dr. Stocker co-initiated the cannabis industry in Colombia, with successive roles as CEO of PharmaCieloLtd. and Blueberries Medical Corp. He led the first company to be licensed in Colombiafrom its original business plan to the going-public stage, raising over CAD$50 million andgrowing the company value to over CAD$300 million. With over 20 years of internationalexperience in the automotive sector at corporations like Daimler, Dr. Stocker held topmanagement positions, with country and regional P&L responsibilities. Andrew SamannAndrew is the founder of Orion GMP Solutions and serves as the Chief Executive Officerand Principal Consultant. Additionally, the Pardo family owns the land leased for this project.

34.5 Hectares Licensed for Cultivation and Extraction25-year (renewable) lease on 34.5 hectares of prime agriculturalland, with a right-of-first-refusal to purchase and an option on anadjacent 600-hectares.
