2 Grassland Animals

What types of animals live here?Sheep, cattle, buffalo, birds, horses, hippos, zebras, lions, gazelles, cheetahs, leopards, and snakes.

Food chainOur food chain consists of organisms from the grasslands. The sun gives off energy for plants. The plants then may proceed with photosynthesis. This plant is a producer. The grasshopper then eats the plants after it is fully grown. The grasshopper is than eaten by a frog.A snake eats the frog. They are both consumers. The tertiary consumer is the hawk because it eats the snake.

Producers and ConsumersWild flowers and plants are producers. Gazelles, zebras, and buffalos are primary consumers which eat the plants.Lions, leopards, cheetahs and other carnivores are secondary consumers. The leopard could be a tertiary consumer or the lion could be the end. What Class Of Animals Are They?MammalsBirdsReptilesInsects

Adaption Some animals have to compete with other animals for resources. This process is competition. Many animals have to adapt to their climate, and natural resources.Grassland

SymbiosisParasitism- Termites feed off the bark of the few scattered trees. Commensalism Some frogs that live there feed off the few insects that live under ground.Mutualism A leopards, cheetahs, and lions all benefit off of gazelles.
