1. Short Term Visit Pass – Extend Pass

1.1. Introduction

Topic Description

This function allows the public individual to perform extension of issued Short Term Visit Pass (STVP)

Access This function can be accessed by

° Clicking on ‘Extend Short Term Visit Pass’ under ‘Short Term Visit Pass’ at the Left Hand Menu. (as shown in Figure 1)

1.2.1 Short Term Visit Pass - Extend Pass (Scenario where extension does not require payment)

Step 1: Enter Search Criteria(s)

To begin, you may enter either one or more details (as shown in Figure 2)

° FIN

° Date of STVP Issue

° Date of STVP Expiry

Upon entering the above search criteria, please click ‘retrieve’ to proceed.



Step 2: Select the option for data retrieval

The relevant records that meet the search criteria entered earlier will be displayed.

Select the record which you wish to extend by clicking on the underlined foreigner’s Name.



Step 3: Submit Extension of STVP Request

After clicking on the record, you will be directed to the page where the details of the STVP are displayed. (as shown in Figure 4)

• Click on ‘<< Prev’ to go back to the previous page

• Click on ‘Cancel’ to exit the ‘Extend Pass’ feature

• Click on ‘Submit’ to proceed



Step 4: Print Short Term Visit Pass Extension Letter and Acknowledgement page

After submitting the extension of STVP request, you will be directed to the Acknowledgement Page. (as shown in Figure 5) Please proceed to:

• ‘Print Short Term Visit Pass Extension Letter’ • ‘Print This Page’ (optional)

You will see ‘Extend STVP Details’. If overstaying is detected, the ‘Overstayer’ section will be displayed (shown in Figure 10). Please read before proceeding with your request.

• Click on ‘Prev’ to go back to the previous page

• Click on ‘Cancel’ to exit the ‘Extend Pass’ feature without saving

• Click on ‘Proceed with Payment’ to proceed



Step 4: Make payment

If Single Journey Visa or Visit Pass Fee is applicable, it will be displayed as shown in Figure 11.

• Click on ‘Prev ’ to go back to the previous page

• Click on ‘Cancel’ to exit the ‘Extend Pass’ feature

• Click on ‘Pay & Submit’ to proceed with payment

Click on ‘eNETS Credit/Debit Card’ logo to pay by Visa or MasterCard.

OR

Click on ‘eNETS Internet Banking’ logo to pay using a valid internet banking account.

OR

Click on ‘Cancel Payment’ to go back if you need to amend. (as shown in Figure 12)

If you have selected eNETS Credit/Debit Card, this is the page that prompts for Visa / MasterCard payment details.

Two main portions of this page are Transaction Information (where amount of the transaction, reference codes etc.) and Credit/Debit Card Information. After verifying the information, enter the details for online transaction.

Click on ‘Cancel’ to go back if you need to amend. (as shown in Figure 15)
