Will Barrett in front of the 19th hole (and the gorgeous clubhouse) at PineCanyon in Flagstaff. And, yes there is an extra hole, a par three to return to theclubhouse! We just returned from four glorious days in Flagstaff, wherewe played three times at Pine Canyon! Ginny Barrett.

Walking to the Winners Circle

Gallery Member Dave Charnockand playingpartner Adrian Vagberg, won the Osterlens GolfClubs Foursomes Championship last Saturday.They shot 72-75, all 36 hole played in one day,walking only. A very nice way to spend a sunnyday in southern Sweden while visiting his wifeAnnas family.

were able to raise over $5,000 to benet the Folds ofHonor Foundation, which is a patriotic charity thatsupports fallen service men/women and their families.

The Gallery Golf Club is proud to be hosting the Second Annual Rev Baker Air ForceAm, hoping to at least double our donation from last year! Welcome to The Gallery!

Glen Thomas GrifthHometown Seattle, WashingtonExperience as Golf Instructor 23 years

Following a successful career as a junior golfer,Glen attended college at the University ofMontana, graduating in 1992 with a BusinessManagement degree. At 20 years old, he rsttaught golf as a Teachers Assistant for a golf classoffered at the University of Montana. Throughcoaching beginner golf classes, he discovered the

desire to create learning the game from a simplefoundation. He noticed students struggling with the mechanical process of teaching andvowed to learn and coach a simple, effective method in learning the swing and shortgame while playing the game of golf.

Joining the PGA of America in1993, he worked at facilities in Montana, Washington, andArizona on his way to attaining his Class A status in July, 1998. After determining hisfocus in the golf industry was to be fully on coaching and playing the gameprofessionally, Glen created his own coaching business Tucson Golf Schools - in 2003

in Tucson, Arizona. Since that time, he has rened and simplied his coaching approachworking with players of all ability levels. The ultimate goal is for players to enjoy thegame from a simple place, coach themselves, and experience the game of golf from eachindividual players perspective (Fun, competitive, social, etc.).

In addition to his own goal of playing golf at the PGA Tour level, Glen is also proud tohave guided high school golfers to achieving scholarships in playing collegiate golf. Hepromotes a well rounded approach to the game of golf through balance, foundationalmechanics, tness, nutrition, game management, and a commitment to self awareness.

You can now book lessons with Glen through Foretees -he is leading the way with this new feature as a beta tester.

One of the great advantages with Troon is the

wealth of resources that all of our facilitieshave access, chief among them is our people.We are very proud of the impact that TheGallery continues to make to the Troon brandas our leaders are called upon to help at otherproperties. Recently, our Executive Chef, BrianSteiner spent 3 weeks helping out the team atManchester CC in New Hampshire and cur-rently our Director of Golf, Paul Nolen, is

lling in as the Interim General Manager atColumbus Country Club in Columbus Ohio.These are great experiences for our leaders and is a testament to the job we continueto do here at home and how The Gallery has quickly become one of Troon Pridespremier properties.
