S.O- 893 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred byclause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the Presidenthereby make& the following ruFes further to amend the Govern-ment of India CAllocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely :—

1 • (1) These- rules may be called the Government of India(Allocation of Business) (One hundred and Sevenjy-seventh Amendment) Rules, 1985.
