TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The intended contractors have to acquaint the work site/Location before casting the tender, change ofrate thereafter shall not be entertained.

2. The rate should be quoted on flat percentages basis on current PHE, SOR for the year 2012-2013.

3. The rate should be quoted clearly both in figure and in words. Any cutting, overwriting shall not beentertained.

4. A copy of recent passport size photo duly attested by the gazette officer/MLA should affixed on the tenderpaper.

5. Registration No. and year of registration/Full postal address should be given in the tender paper.

6. Forest royalty will be released at per prevailing rate in Meghalaya.
