Innovation Station: The iconic CIT building and surrounding 26 Metro-adjacent acres on the Loudoun-Fairfax border sold to a real estate developer that create a premier transit-oriented development destination. Catoctin Creek Distilling Co.: After filling the community’s unmet need for hand sanitizer early in the pandemic, Catoctin Creek closed out 2020 with plans to invest $1 million in upgrades to its Purcellville facility, tripling production capacity.
