~ People say the conical structure was built for storage and/or sacred ceremonies.

~ In actuality the reason why the wall was built is a mystery.

Authentic Costumes

• The Africans traditional costumes displayed many bright colors. Some of them had beads and trim. Some of them wore wraps on their head that look something like a bandanna. We have a picture on our display board for you to look at.

• Fruits are very popular in Africa.

• They eat many of the same fruits we eat.

What did we learn?

• We learned a lot about 14 famous walls around the world and how people have similarities and differences. We also learned about many invisible walls like prejudice, hate, and greed. We all have a responsibility to break down these terrible walls.
