The per capita for 2020 is $37.00. Please indicate on your check or online that its for per capita. Members who passed away this past year were Johnny Van, Iner Osgood and Thongdy Sisavath. Our transition team is: Chairperson Kirke Ryder, Amy Wittman, Jane Bies and Wes Michael. Please pray for them as they work with Presbytery staff to plan next steps for pastoral leadership. Please pray for the Pastoral Nominating Committee who have been diligently working on the call for a new Pastor. Committee members are: Bruce Deadman, Ross Early, Loni McCormick, Nancy Blashka, Lisa Olson, Bob Nickel, Tom Schoffelman and Amy Wittman. The Christmas Toy Shop will be collecting new (or very, very gently used) toys for any age from November 1-30. The Christmas Toy Shop will be held on December 10 during pantry. You may also donate money or write a check to Pantry and indicate in the memo line Toy Shopand Jane Bies will shop for you. NOURISHING SERMON “Just ANOTHER Wednesday Night at Youth Group” "Nobody" by Casting Crowns Matthew 28:18-20 *THE APOSTLES’ CREED, pg. 17 PRAYERS OF THE PEOPLE Today we pray for: The Nobodies- defined in this world- as people of no importance or authority- we pray for those who are experiencing homelessness, those who are hungry and thirsty- physically or spiritually, those who being oppressed. The nobodies that our society all too often overlooks and under serves. We pray that You open our eyes and our hearts to these people that we can see them as you do- as the Somebodies that are your children. The Somebodies- defined in this world- as people of importance or authority- we pray for those in positions of power and influence, whether that be in government or business. We pray that they will lead with grace and empathy and work for the betterment of the nobodies. That they use their power in a way that is inclusive and promotes unity. That they fight against segregation, oppression or division. We pray for those that are somebodies in the eyes of the nobodies. That these somebodies may see themselves as those with power and influence. May they realize their purpose to include and accept the nobodies. Everybody-defined in this world- as every person- We pray for our members- young and old, we pray for those who are sick or healing, that You would continue to provide them strength, courage and comfort. We pray for those grieving, those who protect others, those traveling, those away at college, those who are burdened with stress and anxiety. We pray that they will feel your Holy Spirit and know that to You each one of us is a Somebody. We pray for the committees as they continue to do the work you have called them for and for that work to lead more people to You. We pray for the Transition team and the Pastoral Nominating Committee as they work to find a new person to help teach us about the Ultimate Somebody, Jesus Christ. We pray that EVERY DAY we know we have a purpose, and some days that purpose is to be a Nobody, just trying to tell everybody, all about somebody who saved our soul. We welcome families with children and infants to worship. Worship bags with activities are available for children in the narthex. If your child becomes uncomfortable during worship, please feel free to leave the sanctuary and return at an appropriate time. Our nursery is room 207.

Assistive Listening Devices are available for the hearing impaired. We have two kinds: ear speakers and neck loops (for T-coil compatible hearing aids). Speak to the audio person for help.

We ask guests (and members) to sign our friendship pad. Guests please include your address and phone number. If you are sitting at the end of your pew, please tear off the sheet and place it in the collection plate. We greatly appreciate your assistance.
