INTRODUCTIONIt is a great day to start a day on my SIT . Literally It might be a challenge if you take it seriously , well if not it is up to you to come up with a learning gaining and skills improvement before and after your SIT . It is the time now where you were trying to learn different really different from school to an ON HAND or REAL CONSTRUCTION SITE.

→ In the Company that I’ve been with for almost 4 months , my job I would say would be

an all around I think ? . Because I want to know more things and I want to see what would be my limitations through expectation about what is an OJT or SIT . In the first place my daily routine works should be on the construction sites lurking around trying to ask question to people whom are all ENGINEER’S .. I hope that soon I will become to . asking question’s what is that , this , those , what was their purpose , how will it affect to the forms , to its electrical , and a lot more . I don’t know why they are not good to us maybe because they are being pissed off because almost everyday I am asking everytime I sees things that are new to me . But that was OJT is more about to know atleast 20 to 40 % of the ACTUAL CONSTRUCTION . then sometimes I am estimating the plan , I almost forgot the first thing to do as a newbie , the most important thing to do is to STUDY THE KEY PLAN of the built in superstructure. And sometimes we are updating the whole bunch of projects key plan .. date of pouring , finishes , and more.

→ Learned in school maybe the knowledge about estimation ?. Because a contruction site really depends on the estimation of the contractor or even if the cos engr’s, who is responsible to the materials , sands , cements, gravels, and lot more that I being treated or needed in an construction site or even if just an residential commercial works.
