for the selection and installation of works
of art for the HALL Collection, the Texas
Sculpture Walk at HALL Arts and the Texas
Sculpture Garden at HALL Park. Meadows
works closely with architects, designers and
landscape consultants, and is passionate
about contemporary art produced by
professional Texas artists.
"Each sculpture in the Texas Sculpture
Garden was carefully chosen to contribute
to the wide variety of styles, materials
and expertise we want to showcase,”
says Meadows. "We selected artists living
in urban and rural communities across Texas,
ranging in ages from late-30s to mid-80s.
Each is an established artist and well known
in their region. It has been a pleasure and
privilege to highlight their work in this
important collection and setting."

ABOUT
Craig Hall's appreciation for the arts began
at a very early age. His mother Eleanor,
an artist and art teacher, inspired her family
to look at life and art in a unique and personal
way. Hall began purchasing art as a teenager.
Today, his collection is comprised of hundreds
of important works – paintings, sculpture
and historically significant photographs – by
established and emerging artists from around
the world.
Craig's wife Kathryn, the former U.S.
Ambassador to Austria, shares this love for
culture and the arts. While serving in Vienna
and throughout their travels, Craig and
Kathryn have added to their collection with
pieces from Australia, Central Europe, Africa
and Asia. Art is an integral component of the
Halls' business and personal lives.
CRAIG & KATHRYN HALL
THE TEXAS SCULPTURE GARDENA four-acre tract of land at the entrance to HALL Park was reserved as a special tribute to Texas artists and
their work. Designed with lakes, water features, native landscaping and walking trails, the outdoor portion of
the Texas Sculpture Garden surrounds the lake just outside the 6801 Gaylord Parkway building. The collection
continues inside the building’s lobby.
