Susan Borst, CCIM As a senior member of the Cushman & Wakefield / Commerce Las Vegas Team, Susan Borst brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, experience and professionalism to every transaction in which she is involved. With over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Susan has developed an attention to detail and a dedication to customer service that earns her the trust and respect of her associates. Her integrity and honesty create long-term, lasting relationships with our team’s clients.
Prior to making the move to real estate brokerage, Susan was the due diligence and closing manager for Harsch Investment Properties. In this position she closed more than $850 million in acquisition and sale assignments, consisting of shopping centers, apartments, office and industrial properties.
Susan’s analytical expertise includes: cash flow analysis (Argus), lease and CAM evaluation, risk identification, analysis of third party reports such as environmental studies, title reports, and surveys. Katie’s diverse background in contract administration, development, real estate systems utilization and overall organizational skills add a unique compliment to the team insuring our clients that no detail is overlooked.
In addition to her overall organizational skills, Katie’s experience includes investment sales and representation of mid-rise projects throughout the Las Vegas market, where she served as Vice President of Sales for a boutique firm specializing in high rise developments in Southern Nevada.
Katie achieved a Bachelor’s Degree from George Mason University and is a graduate of Rapport Leadership International.
