Comparing EnPReS and Core Services

Using EnPReS

IPR Office Staff drafts and sends any necessary correspondences with authors on behalf of the editor

The Editor handles all correspondences directly

IPR Office Staff provides the Editor with copies of all papers, highlighted to show overlapping portions.

The Editor must review all papers to determine the merit of the complaint, and locate any portions of overlapping text.

The Editor receives a completed Case Summary, which includes recommendations for the appropriate misconduct level and corrective actions, based on IEEE policy
