If everyone isn't working together, then no one will know quite what they are working for.



They may think that they have it down pat and go about their business, but if everyone's aim is different than no one will be on target.

The setting of goals is what will inspire the motivation necessary to succeed.

To set a goal is to make a requirement that will compel you to take action.



It will make a tangible article from an abstract ambition, almost like pulling a coin from behind a child's ear.

Upon completion of the goal, you have just gained what it was you were after.

If it's not completely claimed, then you are at least one step closer.



You, my friend, have just experienced that heady intoxication that is motivation.

Isn't it great?

It's perfectly acceptable to want something, it's just fine when someone wants to succeed at what they're doing.



It is a good thing when you excel at a task and benefit from the accolades.

Bask in a job well done.

(Sometimes, this is really all the motivation we need. A pat on the back with some praise. But this method of payment only holds water for so long.)



In addition, it has been proven that those possessing motivation will work better than those lacking in purpose.

People who are driven by a common goal tend to get their work done more effectively and efficiently, which will cause an increase in productivity.



When more things are getting done in a rapid and capable manner, then that can create a myriad of other positive benefits, including increased revenue and overall satisfied employees.
