The Inaugural Exhibition of Hong Kong Modern Art Gallery ︱ Wanchai Gallery

“Jiangnan Ink Painting-Reinterpretation of New China Painting” which was hosted by

Nanjing International Art Exhibition Organizing Committee and Hong Kong Federation

of Overseas Chinese Associations, opened in the art gallery of The Hong Kong

convention and exhibition center on March 10,2015.

This exhibition consists of three units: the Pioneer, the Rising Star, and the Excellent

Work, which will place excellent works by strength artists of present new literati

paintings, new ink paintings, and new fine brushwork, together with works by master

artists of new Jinling painting school such as Fu Baoshi, Qian Songyan, Song Wenzhi,

and Wei Zixi, etc. calligraphers such as Lin Sanzhi and Gao Ershi, etc., to view the

aesthetic spirit and cultural ideology in the dual context of Jiangnan culture and

contemporary art, and present the inheritance from the history and the innovation at

present of Jiangsu painting school

Hong Kong Modern Art Gallery ︱ Wanchai Gallery is located at Art One,the high-end gallery zone, which is called the Art Basel Hong Kong .The superior location and the proper venue attracts advancing collectors and artists easily.

After the opening ceremony organizer invited all the guests to the attend the banquet to celebrate the success of the exhibition. During the dinner guests from different areas communicated with each other about the artwork creation and the development of culture industry in the future.

On March 14, at at the Art Basel,Mr. Yan Lugen met the famous modern artist and collector Mr. Uli Sigg who was invited to be the art consultant during the Second Nanjing International Art Exhibition

The chairman Mr.Yan Lu gen led managers and staffs to visit the Art Basel and communicated with the participating artists and collectors

During the Art Basel, the “Jiangnan Ink Painting” keeps on attracting a large number of collectors, artists and the art amateur to visit and bidding.

Art Basel, the most powerful art exhibition, in Asian-Pacific region, opened on March 14 in Hong Kong. The leaders of Nanjing International Art Exhibition Organizing Committee and The BaiJia Lake International Culture Investment Group led a delegation to the exhibition and made conversation about the Basel pattern, international art exhibition experience and mutual-cooperation.
