The Muscular system has different types of muscles that make your body move. Without muscles you couldn’t move. Each muscle has its own unique job which is not only moving your body, it also enables you swallow food, breath and digest. Tendons a slight different job they anchor the muscle to the bone.

The main parts of the muscular system are the tendons, muscle fibers, and muscles. There are biceps, triceps, quadriceps, gluteus Maximus, pectoral, abdominal, deltoid, and many more.

One of the most known muscles is the biceps, because the guys always show them off when talking about muscles. The biceps are located in the upper part of the arm. The triceps are the opposite of the biceps and when you push a chair in you are activating this muscle. When you kick a soccer ball you activate your quadricep. The gluteus Maximus is known because is the one you sit on every day. Pectoral muscles help you do push ups. Your abdominal muscle helps you lift yourself up when laying down. And the deltoid allows you to throw a baseball.

The muscular system is very complex and each muscle does a different thing with one purpose, to move. Each part of the body comes with two or more muscles that make your body move. When you flex your leg, your arm, or even smile one muscle relaxes and the other contracts.when you flex your arm you are using the bicipital muscle area or biceps when you grab the monkey bar and swing one muscle is relaxing and the other contracting.

You can keep the muscular system healthy by doing different exercises like running and swimming, workouts like abdominals and pushups, and sports such as soccer and hockey. Another way to keep all your muscles healthy is to stretch before doing any exercise. Stretching prepares muscle fibers for beeng elastic. And last but not least if you want to keep your heart muscles healthy one of the best ways to do it is to get a good cardiovascular activity between 15 and 45 minutes in the mornings.

There are different diseases that can damage your muscular system. Muscular dystrophy (md) is one of them. It is a genetic disorder that weakens the muscles in the system that makes your body move. Muscular dystrophy is a developing genetic disorder that goes on and on you eventually lose the ability to move as usual. Muscular dystrophy is a mutated gene called called dystrophin which weakens your muscles. When you get MD, muscles wont work, they would break down and the person would get really week.

I learned a lot of the muscles and now i learned how important they are for our survival discovering more about the muscles was fun new things came up and I understood the importance of the muscular system,I understood how serios is muscular dystrohy.muscles are the best I liked learning about muscles and y hope you too!

Abdominis: muscle located in the abdominal area. Bone: Substance that forms the skeleton of the human body. Bicep: The arm Upper muscle. Contraction: When the muscle fibers shrink. Deltoid: A triangular muscle covering the joint of the shoulder. Dystrophin: a substance that helps your muscle move. Gluteus maximums: A thick muscle of the bottom. Muscle: a Tissue composed of fibers. Muscle Fiber: The materials which muscle are made of. Muscular Dystrophy: A genetic disorder that affects the muscles movement. Pectoral: Chest muscle. Quadriceps: A large muscle in front of the thigh Tendon: a white dense inelastic cord that anchors the bone to de muscle Triceps: The arm bottom muscle.
