Reason to Re-Launch
• Difficult user interface• Community only limited to a forum• Outdated design• Not suitable for Mobile
How did I come up to this conclusion ?
• Looking at cooler new travel websites • Forums no Good• Travel Community confused• Travel Photo Sharing the most popular
followed by Travel blogging• Travel Search gaining popularity
The Re-Launch
• Better user experience• Building the travel community• A New backpacker search engine• 3 times more information/Guides• Mobile usability• Higher level of Motivation for Me
My Sacrifices for the Re-Launch
• Lesser money for me to travel but greater karma earnings to make others travel
• Lesser sleeping hours but more Happiness Hours
• Lesser time for Family & Friends but more time to help Backpackers
Expected Outcome
• Higher Ad Sales for Indian Backpacker• Rise in the no of Backpackers/budget Travelers
in India• Development of a user friendly Travel
community• Mobile friendly • Higher sense of achievement for my inner self
