should be managed out of the equation.”

and stressful; into something more desirable,

enjoyable and peaceful.

A train journey can be seen as an

investment of time for a person and

there needs to be a return on

this investment

I would like to see that the ambition level go beyond just running

on time and providing enough seats to meet the peak traffic demands. Where are

the connectivity and power plugs? A lot of trains offer Wi-Fi, but this does not work

well or at all”
