Our TALK on Lavender was very informative. Covering early use to modern

times . Its been found to have good relaxing & healing properties.

Lavender Oil is used in aromatherapy for massage oil, in oil burners,

potpourri, in cosmetics & perfume.

Lavender is antifungal & anti bacterial.

Winton had us Guys making

Christmas Trees.

Robyn got the Ladies

making craft Decorations.

Our CHRISTMAS DINNER WAS THE TOPS.

Ham & Chicken - 4 vegs, baked potatoes & gravy.

Dessert was traditional plum pudding custard & Ice cream.

No one could ask for more.

SECRET SANTA WAS ON SITE

MAKING SURE NO ONE MISSED OUT.

This is to advise you that a full outline of our club Rallies will be released in the

New Year STORK TALK to be out Jan 2015.

This will allow your support team to scheme , plan, arrange, dream ways and action

what has to be done, for a interesting fun filled 2015.

ALOOMBA LAVENDER FARM. What a great venue for our Christmas rally. Our hosts, Tere and Peter went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. A big thank you to our activities co-ordinators Winton and Robyn for a fun filled, full on weekend. There is so much to see around Stanthorpe we could have spent a week there and not seen it all.

Jennifer excelled herself again with a beautiful Christmas Cake which was then decorated by Car-olyn. Yum! Santa even visited us (because we’ve been so good) Thank you Bill H. a great job well done. So many thank yous but of course the biggest thank you goes to all our wonderful members for coming along and joining in all the fun. I look forward to seeing everyone at Lake McDonald, such a pretty spot, in January. In the meantime please look after yourselves over the holiday sea-son and have a great time with your loved ones.
