guest count & pricingThe price per person based on a minimum count of 50 guests and a projected 2-hour party time. This charge does not include

the required service charge and tax.

Service Charge All JDK Picnic Company events are fully equipped (see “what’s included”) and require our professionally trained grill staff on-site for each function. An additional service charge is applied, which includes the coordination, packing, travel, set up of product, food control and preparation, on-site grilling crew, management throughout the function, and full event breakdown.

The service charge is calculated per event. The standard charge begins at $575.00 and can increase based on the selected picnic menu and guest count total.

At JDK, it’s important that we lower our carbon footprint. With every picnic, we will provide eco-friendly goods (biodegradable and compostable dinnerware), feature locally-grown products (when available), provide on-site recycling containers, donate any unused food to local shelters, and educate employees on the benefits of a green lifestyle.
