Get to know AIESEC

Get to know the purpose of the organization, our vision and how we do it. You’ll get to know what we provide as experiences, and what is the journey you can live if you become a member.

If you’re interested, and would love to be part of our organization, you must fill an application form that is sent by your the local committees present in your cities. The application form is either sent to the email you provided in one of the info-sessions in schools, or the mail you used to register in aiesec.org !

If you get to this step, it means you passed the 1st selection. Yay !During the seminar, you’ll get to know deeply AIESEC and the different departments and opportunities; And you’ll also have a 2nd selection, where you have direct contact with the executive board of the local committee you applied to be part of.

Case Study We’re interested in individuals who are willing to learn, contribute, and have a profile of a global leader.

You’ll finally be allocated to one of AIESEC’s departments, and be ready to contribute to make the world a better place !

Interviews

If you get to this step, it means you passed the 2nd selection. Yay !We’re the world largest student-run organization, and we care about talents who join AIESEC. Therefore, interviews to get to know the candidates take place, to get to know and assess different candidates, to see if our expecations and theirs meet.

Your time has finally come to get inducted to AIESEC locally, by getting to know old AIESEC members, new ones, understand your role and how you’ll be - in details - contributing to Morocco’s growth, and the world’s growth. Have an idea about this year’s plans, how we do it and what is our added value to our country !

KICK OFF 2013

KICK OFF is AIESEC Morocco’s biggest national conference, with more than 300 delegates, from different schools and cities in Morocco. It is the time for all local committes to get together in a space to learn, develop their leadership, network, get inspired, attend sessions, meet facilitators from different countries and get in touch with AIESEC Morocco’s national board.

It is generally held end November and all newbies have to make sure to attend the conference to be truly inducted to the AIESEC culture.
