The Origin Of Prosperity • Gen 1 • The mind of God, the intention of God and will of

God is revealed based on his methodology of creation.

• Gen.1:20 abound and abundance • Be fruitful and multiply • Abundance denotes that there would always be

sufficient for descendants • Abundance indicates that there was never a fear of

the supply being depleted( abuse depletes resources, abuse in usually a result of ignorance or greed – economic crisis, global warming)

Page 3: The Kingdom Prosperity

Greediness and Ignorance • Gen. 8:22 There is always more than we need. • Seed time and harvest time. This shall not size. • God programmed it to produced. • The seed of the fruit and raw material is programmed

to produce • Abundance has always been an established principle

from God’s perspective • The Creator has designed the earth to replenish itself

and has established laws to ensure that it happens. • Ignorance and abuse of this law will result poverty. • Knowledge will result prosperity.

Desire to Accumulate • Our definition of prosperity cannot be determined by

the world’s definition which is basically the desire to accumulate wealth at all cost. Morals, character, physical wellbeing is usually not a consideration.

• The old definition has produced prosperous carnal Christians and Christians gagsters.

• Biblical examples of kingdom prosperity: Adam, Divide, Solomon, Job

• After Adam, Solomon (1 KINGS 10) and Job are the best models Job.1:1-3 • “...blameless,uprit,fearing God and turbing

away from eveil.......and that man was the greatest of all the man of the east.”

Kingdom Principles Of Commonwealth • Commonwealth- wb,- a nation state or other political

unit; one founded on law and united by compact or tacit agreement of the people for the common good.

Twelve principles 1. All kingdoms function on the principle of a common-

wealth 2. Commonwealth is the king’s commitment see that all

of his citizens have equal access to the wealth and resources of the kingdom.

3. Commonwealth is based on the principle of what I call “provisional abundance”

Page 7: The Kingdom Prosperity

4. Commonwealth assumes that all the provision that exist is owned by the king. ....Luke.19:28-35 1. When you arrive in the earth did you bring anything with you? 2. When you leave the earth do you take anything? 3. So enjoy it! and Share it! YOU ARE NOT A OWNER!!!!

5. In commonwealth there is only one Lord / owner.... Mark.14:12-16. He Owens anything. He only ask what he need.

6. In a commonwealth, those who unable to access the wealth receive assistance.

7. In a commonwealth, those who have a temporary need are assisted by those with the excesses

Kingdom Principles Of Commonwealth

Page 8: The Kingdom Prosperity

8. In a commonwealth, everything we posses in entrusted to us as stewards.

9. In a commonwealth, everything which exist belong to the community.

10. The quality of life of the citizens of a commonwealth is a reflection on the king. (Queen Shaba)

11. Kingdom provide all of the needs of its citizens. 12. In the commonwealth, the king is personally

committed and involves in the welfare of his citizen. Matt.6:31-33, Ps.84:11, Act. 4:32-37

The Keys Of Prosperity- Matt.6:25-34

1. Understanding the God knows what our needs are 2. Realizing that God has already made provision for

our needs 3. Provision of our needs will manifest as a result of the

utilization of our gifts (work), the favour of the king, assistance of those with excess.

4. Worry is counter productive to prosperity.

Page 10: The Kingdom Prosperity

5. To worry is to concentrate on the provision of things instead of God’s priority.

6. Seeking God’s agenda first will result in prosperity

( freeing 5000) 7. Jesus had everything he needed because he sought

first his father’s agenda. 8. God will ADD everything we need went we go after his

agenda.

The Keys Of Prosperity- Matt.6:25-34

The Purpose for Prosperity

• Gen .1:26-28 --- The plans and purposes of God never change, they may be delayed but they will never change.

• God intended for his influence to fill the earth.

• God’s abundant provision was to facilitate the fulfilment of that assignment.

• God’s agenda is the establishment of his kingdom’s influence on earth. Rev.11:15

• This is the reason we made prospers.

Page 12: The Kingdom Prosperity

Main Idea of prosperity

• Since the purpose of prosperity is to establish his

kingdom, prosperity in material goods only is insufficient, you must prosper in your soul so that you

thought process can be right (unselfish use of resources,

God’s agenda, stewardship), you must prosper in your body so that you can do what the Lord has assigned you

to do.

• So that you use things instead of worship them.

The kingdom Role of Resource Management

• Resource management is to ensure that what is needed in available for

1. Personal needs 2. Family needs 3. Community Needs.

• Resource must be managed, not wasted, or simply horded

• Management requires accountability (personal/ community).

• Management is very necessary.

Page 14: The Kingdom Prosperity

Management • Resource management indicates an understanding of

the purpose for resources. • Management is necessary for the availability of

resources to: A. Introduce the kingdom B. Display the kingdom C. Advance the kingdom

*** Prosperity is a God principle and was

intended to be a natural result of pursing God’s agenda***
