LOW TO MODERATE INTENSITY Pilates Focusing on inner core, strength, balance and stability (including mat work). Designed to give you longer and leaner muscles to improve posture. Results: Improve strength, improve core and stability, shape and tone.

Stretch Full body stretching. Designed to hit superficial and deep muscles, whilst stretching, incorporating abdominal and back protection - great for your posture. Results: Strengthen muscles, relax and unwind, improve core strength.

Yoga Restorative, tones muscles, promotes suppleness and improves spinal flexibility whilst exploring relaxation and meditation techniques. Results: Improve strength, improve core and stability, shape and tone, relax and restore.

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY Aqua Aerobics A low-impact, fun and energetic workout using woggles, dumbbell floats and water resistance to work the whole body. Results: Strengthens muscles, improves fitness, burns fat, low impact.

Bodypump A weight class for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps), Bodypump gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories. Results: Increases strength and endurance, tones and shapes, helps maintain bone health.

Cardio A blend of fat burning, toning and fitness improving exercise. A dynamic class using a combination of training and coaching

techniques. Results: Burns fat, tones and shapes, improves health and fitness, some choreographed movements.

Conditioning A blend of higher intensity fat blasting and fitness enhancing exercises. A mix of movements for all over body conditioning. Results: Burns fat faster, tones and shapes, improves health and fitness, strengthens muscles.

Circuits An intense cardiovascular workout combining stamina and bodyweight training to improve fitness and muscle tone. Results: Strengthens muscles, improves fitness, burns fat and tones the body.

CXWORX™ Provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body whilst chiselling your waistline. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do – it’s the glue that holds everything together. Results: Tightens and tones core muscles, improves functional strength for balance mobility and injury prevention.

Kettlebell A workout focusing on cardio strength and core work, all using specific kettlebell movements like the swing, clean and press, and squat. Results: Burns fat, improves cardio fitness and core strength.

Leisure 50s A low impact class designed for over 50s. A mix of exercises aimed at building strength, fat burning and body shape. Results: Strengthens muscles, improves fitness, burns fat, tones the body.

Spinning A fantastic fat burner and rapid fitness improver with low impact to the body. (spinning and abs will include a 15 minute abs workout). Results: Burns fat, improves fitness and conditioning, low impact.

Step A straight forward step class without too much choreography, sure to make you feel the burn. Results: Improves cardio, balance and coordination, burns fat and increases stamina.

Synrgy and Youth Synrgy The perfect blend of HIIT, strength, core and cardio training, all based around our multi-functional rig in the gym. Giving the ideal solution for a fat burning, strength building, metabolism boosting workout to suit the exercise enthusiast as well as beginners. Results: Strengthens muscles, improves fitness, burns fat, tones the body, builds metabolism.

X-Fit A varied 60 minute workout using a variety of equipment and training styles including: weight training, speed and agility, jumping/plyometric, cardio and interval training. Results: All over body workout, improving strength, agility, fitness and reduces body fat.

Zumba Using Latin rythms and easy to follow moves, Zumba is a one-of-a-kind dance based fitness programme. Results: Choreographed exercise, burns fat, improves fitness.

LOW TO MODERATE INTENSITY Pilates Focusing on inner core, strength, balance and stability (mat work). Designed to give you longer and leaner muscles to improve posture. Results: Improve strength, improve core and stability, shape and tone.

Yoga Restorative, tones muscles, promotes suppleness and improves spinal flexibility whilst exploring relaxation and meditation techniques. Results: Improve strength, improve core and stability, shape and tone, relax and restore.

Stretch Full body stretching. Designed to hit superficial and deep muscles, whilst stretching, incorporating abdominal and back protection - great for your posture. Results: Strengthen muscles, relax and unwind, improve core strength.

MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY

Aqua Aerobics A low-impact, fun and energetic workout using woggles, dumbbell floats and water resistance to work the whole body. Results: Strengthens muscles, improves fitness, burns fat, low impact.

Bodypump A weights class for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps), Bodypump gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories. Results: Increases strength and endurance, tones and shapes, helps maintain bone health.
