Certificate Structure

The Laureate Certificate in Online, Hybrid and Blended Education has two tracks:

The Course Delivery Track is for faculty members interested in strengthening their capabilities in the delivery of online courses. This track is made up of four consecutive modules and a Capstone project.

The Course Design Track is for faculty members interested in expanding their knowledge in developing courses. This track consists of the modules included in the Course Delivery Track plus two additional modules on Course Design and Advanced Tools before, as well as a Capstone project.

The Laureate Certificate in Online, Hybrid and Blended Education is structured in consecutive online modules that are taught and facilitated by a trained instructor.

Each module lasts 4 weeks and participants complete 20 study hours per week.

The Capstone requires an additional commitment of 40 hours in 4 weeks; 20 hours of guided instruction and 20 hours for a final project, which provides the opportunity to facilitate an online course.
