Borough Green is situated on the A25 betweenthe larger towns of Sevenoaks 6.8 miles to theWest and Maidstone 13.3 miles to the East.
This traditional Kent village will appeal to thoseseeking the feel of country living with theconvenience of a village location, but with easyaccess to London and the M25, with LondonVictoria only 46 minutes by train from the localmain line station only half a mile away. The village is also servedby a doctors surgery and a Lloyds Pharmacy.
Nearby Sevenoaks, just a short drive away, offersmore extensive retail facilities and it has amodern shopping centre with all the usualfacilities and major retail names.
The Laurels is situated an equal distance walkbetween Borough Green Primary School (4 to 11years old) and Wrotham School, a popular co-educational day school for pupils aged 8 to 11.
There are also good nursery facilities within thevillage. For Grammar schools, Maidstone andTonbridge provide a good source of schooling forboth boys and girls, plus local independentschools are also on hand.
The village is very active if you want to getinvolved and has: Football, Cricket, Tennis,Bowls and Badminton clubs, as well as Keep Fitand Dancing groups. There is also a new highspecification local Health and Fitness Spa just atwenty minute walk from The Laurels.
