The Power Wave® C300 is a portable multi-process wirefeeder welder with high-end functionality capable of Stick,DC TIG, Pulsed DC TIG, MIG, Pulsed MIG and Flux-Coredwelding. It is ideal for a wide variety of materials includingaluminum, stainless, and nickel – where arc performanceis critical. The Power Wave® C300 is well suited forproduction welding, construction, aerospace, automotiverepair, general fabrication and training facilities.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

1. Continuous Wire Feed Speed (WFS)/AmpsControl – Adjust wire feed speed in MIG andFlux-Cored welding, adjust amperage inStick or TIG welding.

2. Welding Mode – Choose from 56 standardwelding modes. Customized modes alsoavailable.

3. Continuous Volts/Trim Control – Adjustvoltage when MIG and Flux-Cored welding,adjust arc length (trim) when Pulsed MIGwelding.

4. Advanced Process Options – Control pre- andpost-weld settings to optimize arc starts andstops.• Pre-Flow – Amount of time between when

gas flow starts and wire feed begins.• Run-In – WFS prior to arc start.• Start Procedures – Set the WFS and volts/trim

for an adjustable starting time to provide forbetter weld starts.

• Spot Timer – Adjustable arc time for repetitivetack and spot welds.

• Crater – Set the WFS and volts/trim for a definedtime after the trigger is released and before thearc is extinguished.

• Burnback – Variable amount of time the arc ismaintained after wire feed stops to prevent wiresticking to the puddle.

• Post-Flow – Amount of time gas flow continuesafter the arc is extinguished.

5. Memory Presets – Store up to 8 customized weldprocedures for multiple operators, processes, and settings.

6. 2 Step/4 Step – Select 2 Step for switching weld output onand off in direct response to the trigger. Select 4 Step fortrigger interlock capability.

7. Dual Procedure – Switch from one weld procedure toanother while welding.

8. UltimArc™ Control – Adjust arc characteristicsto match individual preferences.
