The Linen Works offers a range of 100% linen
bedlinen, tablelinen and kitchen linen as well as
quality, natural homeware carefully sourced
from around Europe.
Marina Guirey, Founder and Creative Director
of The Linen Works set up the company seven
years ago after being inspired by her mother-in
-law’s French farmhouse.
“What really appealed to me was the sense of
restraint that had been exercised throughout. This
was a home that had been created by someone who cherished useful and beautiful things.”
Now as Creative Director, Marina continues to adhere to this simple pared-down style,
producing and sourcing quality products that “will grow more beautiful with age and use.”
To celebrate the launch, Cowdray Farm Shop (www.cowdrayfarmshop.co.uk) is hosting a
Preview and Christmas Shopping Event on Thursday 8th November from 11.30am to
7.30pm.
In addition to The Linen Works, Cowdray Farm Shop will be presenting tastings of their own
home cooked Christmas fayre, and cheeses from Neal’s Yard Dairy.
