Run for Mother’s Day (4 Classes)Calling mother’s and daughters of all ages to join me as we Celebrate Mother’s Day with Sport Chek`s Mothers’ Day Run/Walk on May 8th. Together we'll train for 5 km and then celebrate our roles as mothers as we race on May 8th. This class is about having fun as we support and encourage each other along the way. (All fitness levels, children and husbands welcome)

In our REAL Motivation workshop, we’ll show you how this dream can ignite your fire and let you stand your ground to become the powerful leader within your life. We’ll show you how to visualize your dream life, map out proper actions and behaviors to get you there and how to hang on to this motivation.

A Home is a TEAM SportLiving in a mess? Just can’t seem to get family to help out around the house. Then this course is for you. A home is a team sport and you need the players on the field to play the game. This program will show you how easy it is to have your home run smoothly. Are You Ready to Play?

Spirit:Connect to the Spirit inside:Your Spirit needs to be healed and nourished just as our physical bodies do. In this course you will learn techniques to re-connect to your spirit. You will learn how to meditate, learn different ways to journal your thoughts and feelings, connect with music and feel the power of nature. This class is about diving deep into your spirit, releasing and healing your past hurts as you move forward into the life of your dreams.

Sean Liv is a Fitness Expert, Motivational Speaker and the author of the ground breaking book The Ticket. Sean found inspiration after she lost 90 pounds, and overcame addictions and underwent a physical and emotional transformation from healing her past of abuse and sexual trauma. After creating a fitness company and working with her clients, Sean saw that their wellness journeys were about more than just their bodies - they were about their spirits and minds too. She saw how doubt, fear and negativity can cause people to backtrack in their fitness and weight loss goals. They needed support and encouragement to break the cycle.

Sean wrote her book, The Ticket based on her own journey and those of her clients. Through The Ticket, Sean helps people replace negative belief patterns with encouraging ones, use their inner power to overcome struggles and make positive life choices. The Ticket is used as a guidebook for The Ticket to Change Challenge.
