One of NGO`s Healthcare Service: Bethesda Children's Hospital of Hungarian Reformed Church

The Bethesda Hospital is one of the oldest children's hospital in Budapest and the only Christian children's hospital in Middle and Eastern Europe.The hospital is open for everybody without any distinction and admits children from the capital, but also from all over Hungary in age 0-18. The hospital takes care of socially disadvantaged and physically handicapped children and their families at the same time. The hospital is national centre for two special field of paediatrics.One is the Middle-Eastern European Presurgical Epilepsy Centre, which provides a wild-ranging check-up before operation, and neuro-muscular diseases. The other is the National Centre of Burn Injured Children.
