Residential living is an integral component to a liberal arts education; learning and growth happens as much outside of the classroom as within. The Rollins Dining program is a vital component of our residential campus. Rollins Dining Locations The Marketplace The newly redesigned (in 2019) open-concept dining facility features new menu selections each day. These fares include a variety of offerings made from scratch daily: pizza and cassolettes, vegan and vegetarian dishes, a daily fresh salad toss, a specialty diet station, and much more! Accepts Swipes, Dining Dollars and TARBUC$ Bookmark Café Featuring Starbucks coffee, sandwiches and salads, bagels, muffins, flatbreads and other assorted snacks and beverages. Accepts Dining Dollars and TARBUC$ Bush Café Your local smoothie destination, serving sandwiches and salads, Starbucks coffee, and assorted beverages. Accepts Dining Dollars and TARBUC$ C-Store Located in Dave’s Boathouse, the C-Store is complete with snacks, groceries, sundries, gifts, and a wide selection of allergen-free and organic products. Everything you need in a one-stop shop, complete with Personal Shopper Service! Accepts Dining Dollars and TARBUC$ Cornell Café The Cornell Café offers a Tex-Mex flair with made- to-order wraps on fresh-pressed tortillas, wrapless bowls, gourmet fresh-made tortilla chips, and beverages. Accepts Dining Dollars and TARBUC$ Dave’s Boathouse A nautical themed pub-style eatery with a quick/ casual service where guests place orders and have their food delivered to their booths, tables, or at the bar. Dave’s also serves craft and domestic beers, a wide assortment of wine, made-to-order juices and made-to-order sushi. Accepts Dining Dollars and TARBUC$ R-Card Swipes With an R-Card Swipe, a student can visit The Marketplace and return within the same meal block for re-entry at no additional cost. The newly renovated Marketplace includes a top-to-bottom makeover featuring new seating, tables, flooring, and increased seating capacity.

From a wood-burning pizza oven and dedicated food stations to faster food-production equipment and a more efficient layout, the new dining hall brings the campus together in an enhanced way at the best part of the day: chow time.

The Marketplace in the Cornell Campus Center is a continuous dining facility allowing for greater opportunity of à la carte dining. Students have an unlimited opportunity to enter The Marketplace (via R-Card swipe) during each meal block. With this model, students will have the freedom to eat where they want, when they want, and still return for more (during that meal block) at no additional cost.
