Masterplast subsidiaries ensures direct market presence in 8 countries across Central & Eastern Europe and has a presence in the majority of European countries via its export partners. Key elements of our product portfolio are facade insulation systems, fiberglass mesh, roofing underlays, insulation materials and products for dry construction and industrial use.

With its manufacturing site established in the northern region of Hungary in 2005, Masterfoam Ltd. has joined the group of extruded PE foam producers in Europe.

Masterfoam has proven to be a long-term reliable strategic supplier of the dominant players in the European construction and packaging market. The most popular products of Masterfoam Ltd. are PE foam rolls, sheets, laminated, antistatic and biodegradable foams in diff erent densities and sizes.

VERSATILE DESIGN

We are off ering EPE foam rolls from a density of 16 kg/m3 up to120 kg/m3, the roll thickness ranges from 0.6 mm up to 20 mm, the maximum achievable width is 2500 mm ( 0.8 mm thickness), the EPE planks are also available in a wide range, in a density of 20 kg/m3 up to 40 kg/m3, the standard board size is 1200 × 2000 mm and the maximum thickness is 100 mm.

Our confectioning department off ers unique possibilities and fl exibility to our clients. Our main services are: lamination, forming of sheets, special size cutting, production of foam bags, die-cuts.

Private branding and product packaging according to the customers’ needs are accompanied by the most optimal logistics and freight condition as a part of our service package.

CAPACITY

With its over 5 500 m2 of production and warehouse area and almost 20 000 kg/day capacity, our extrusion lines are able to fullfil the demand of the biggest costumers. The daily capacity of our confectioning department is 200 m2/day of planks and 30 000 m2 of laminated rolls.
