Hours of Operation• Monday through Friday

7:45 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.

*Students wishing to stay longer after school must have cleared it in advance with Mrs. Bryant

Orientation• Freshmen English Classes • All upperclassmen 1st Blocks

• Schedule will be emailed—you attend with them/Teachers with 1st Block planning will come as indicated on the schedule

Printing/Overdue Fees

• Black & White--$.10 per page• Color--$.50 per page

• Copying--$.10 per page

• Overdue Materials– $.10 per day per item– We do not charge on weekends or holidays

Scheduling

• CLASS TIME– Contact Mrs. Bryant by email after checking

online calendar for availability

• COMPUTER LAB– Contact Mrs. Chapman by email after

checking computer lab calendar for availability

– Attach the request form

Classroom Student Computers

• Log on/log off student computers everyday

• Classroom login and password will be provided

• Do NOT give this information to anyone

***Include this information in the front of your substitute teacher folder

Student Use

• Students and substitutes are not allowed to use teacher laptops – see Faculty and Staff Computer Use Policy

• Students must have a signed pass to come to the Media Center--indicate purpose of visit. – see Student Use Policy on Media Center page

Student Use

• Reminder—Parents are responsible for restricting access for their child for webpage publication, Internet, etc.

• All students are required to follow LCSD Acceptable Use Policy

Disciplinary Action• Complete discipline referral immediately

for any student that misuses/vandalizes the computers

• On referral– indicate the offense--include any web

addresses– indicate that the student is to receive

Tuesday school and be banned from computer access for one semester

– email me when you have made such a referral

11.• VCR tapes played live can be viewed on

Channel 18.• DirectTV can be viewed on Channels 11 & 18

also• Cable can be viewed on Channel 24. (Only

the station that I have it tuned to can be viewed)

• School wide PowerPoint and Morning News can be viewed on Channel 17.

• Login to create resource lists – you will need your login info

Media Retrieval• To schedule viewing of

videos/DVDs please fill out the Media Retrieval Form

• Submit to your administrator for approval

Media Retrieval• Forward it to Mrs. Bryant once

approved – if I receive it directly, I will email you to confirm that you

may view it
